From an early age, I was captivated by the beauty and intricacy of jewellery. I vividly recall peering into my mother’s jewellery box, mesmerised by the vibrant hues of the gemstones within. This curiosity led me to explore how these gems were formed, what made them so precious, and the craftsmanship behind each piece. My fascination, combined with a deep appreciation for art and history, naturally evolved into a lifelong career as an expert jewellery appraiser and gemmologist.

In 2006, I began my journey in the jewellery industry, working for an independent, family-run jeweller. This invaluable experience allowed me to develop extensive knowledge of fine jewellery and luxury watches, as well as an in-depth understanding of design, gemstones, and craftsmanship. Managing the on-site workshop further enriched my expertise in jewellery manufacturing and restoration, deepening my respect for the artistry behind every creation.

Driven by my passion for the industry, I pursued internationally recognised qualifications in jewellery valuation and gemmology, ensuring that I could offer clients a professional, independent, and unbiased service.

In 2019, following the birth of my daughter Ava, I founded The Jewellery Appraiser, providing expert jewellery appraiser services for:

I specialise in valuing modern, antique, and Asian jewellery, as well as luxury watches, silverware, and flatware. Additionally, I have established a fully equipped workbench in my home studio, where I continue to refine my skills in jewellery manufacturing and restoration.

My services are available throughout Berkshire, Hampshire, and Oxfordshire. I offer private, in-person valuations in the comfort of your home, ensuring your treasured items never leave your sight. Alternatively, clients are welcome to visit my private home studio, where I provide a discreet and professional service tailored to their needs.
