I'm Amanda, an independent jewellery valuer, goldsmith and designer with over 20 years of experience in the jewellery trade.
Creating bespoke jewellery is something I'm incredibly passionate about. I particularly love working with clients to remodel inherited or unworn jewellery, preserving those precious memories whilst creating something beautiful that can be worn and enjoyed all over again.

From our initial conversation through to design sketches, CAD drawings, 3D models and the finished piece, I'll guide you through the process personally, ensuring your jewellery is as special and individual as the story behind it.

A Sentimental Ruby & Diamond Ring, Reimagined
For this commission, the aim was to create a fresh design whilst retaining the character and sentiment of the original jewellery. By carefully considering the proportions, gemstone arrangement and combination of yellow gold and platinum, the finished ring was given a new look whilst keeping its personal meaning.

1: Let's Chat About Your Ideas
Every commission begins with a friendly conversation. We can discuss the styles you love, the gemstones and precious metals you'd like to use, and any jewellery you already own that could be incorporated into the design. we'll discuss your design ideas and collaborate on sketches and even give you idea on cost with a zero pressure approach. The fee for our design work £250. Rest assured, this is deducted from your final balance if you choose to go ahead...

2: Bringing Your Design to Life
Once we've settled on a direction, I can arrange detailed CAD drawings and colour renders so you can visualise your jewellery before it's made.
Depending on the design, a 3D model can also be produced, allowing you to see its shape and proportions.

3: Your Jewellery Is Created
Once you're completely happy with the design and quotation, the making process begins. Every detail, from the gemstone settings to the final polish, is carefully considered.

4: The Exciting Part!
Your finished jewellery is ready to collect. We'll check the fit and finishing together, and you can finally enjoy the piece we've created. Discover the art of jewellery making with us!
