Return & Exchange Policy:
- 30-day Return Window: You can return items purchased from thejewelleryappraiser.co.uk All returns must be approved before sending it back to us.
- Condition of Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It should be unused and in its original packaging (including gifts).
- Return Shipping Cost: Please note that while we are happy to refund,we do not cover the cost of return shipping. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost and providing a tracking number for proof of return.
- Refunds: Upon a successful return, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Refunds will be calculated according to the promotional discount applied to the order. Your refund may take 2-7 business days to reflect in your account.
